LIFETIME FRAME WARRANTY
Volcanic Bikes warrants every new frame to be free from defects in the material and craftsmanship for the lifetime of the original owner. In the event of a warranty issue, Volcanic may request pictures and documented events that led up to the issue. If the frame is considered defective, a new frame will be issued with a current model year. You will be responsible for any labor costs associated with warranty replacements.
EXCLUSIONS
LIFETIME FRAME WARRANTY IS VOID IF FRAME IS MODIFIED FROM ITS ORIGINAL CONDITION, INCLUDING INSTALLATION OR ADDITION OF ANY ELECTRIC BIKE KIT.
LIMITED 1 YEAR WARRANTY ON PAINT.
ABOVE WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER NORMAL WEAR AND TEAR, IMPOPER INSTALLATION, IMPROPER MAINTENANCE, DAMAGE OR FAILURE DUE TO ACCIDENT, MISUSE, ABUSE, OR NEGLECT.
LIMITED PARTS AND ACCESSORIES WARRANTY
Volcanic Bikes warrants every new bicycle purchased with a 12 month component manufacturer warranty from date of purchase. Implied warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of parts with parts of equal or greater value. You will be responsible for labor costs and shipping associated with warranty replacements. Contact Volcanic Bikes directly in the event of a warranty issue.
RETURNS OR EXCHANGES
Purchaser has a 30 day performance guarantee for final inspection and acceptance of purchase. Any rejected items must be submitted in writing to [email protected]
The return policy only applies to items in like-new and resalable condition. Any returned items will be at the expense of the purchaser up to 30 days from receipt of items. No returns will be accepted after 30 days of original purchase.
